Pilot, setup and custom development fees are quoted separately from ongoing subscriptions. Scope, payment milestones, acceptance criteria and ongoing support are agreed before work starts. An enquiry does not commit you to a project.

Are pilot costs included in these figures?
These figures describe proposed monthly subscriptions. Paid pilot scope, fee and duration are quoted separately, including any setup, development or support work. The proposal will explain which charges are one-off and which recur.
What if I need more capacity or a custom solution?
Please enquire about your requirements. We are happy to discuss options. Counting rules, additional capacity, pricing and any custom work need to be agreed before a commitment.
